	Water Walk (100 yard wade in waist to chest deep water with telephone poles to climb over)
	Tyrolean Traverse (100 foot long rope crawl over the lake)
	Swamp Stomp (Through the reeds, mud and water)
	Low Wall (5 foot tall wall)
	Cable Spools (Get over them if you can)
	Over Under (the only way through the mud pool is over or under the telephone poles)
	Giants Ladder (12 foot tall pole climb)
	High Wall (12 foot tall wall)
	Hay Bales Hurdles + H20 (If a steep grade with three foot hurtles doesn’t sound hard add some water to the mix)
	Tire hopping (Just like what it sounds, don’t get hit by the tennis balls)
	Mud Pit (Last but not least 30’x15’ of fantastic mud)

Mud Mash Rules and Categories:

1. Each athlete must run/walk the entire course.
2. There is NO jumping or diving into the mud pit. Participants will need to crawl through this obstacle in order to complete the race.
3. There will be showers to rinse off after the race – so you may want to bring a towel, and extra clothes – Don’t miss the after party and the awards.
4. Must be a minimum of 13 years old to participate.
5. Everyone will need to sign a waiver on-site or at online registration.
6. Have Fun!

 

A few things to keep in mind...

• Mud likes to steal your shoes, and everything else, via suction so please ensure that you have boots or a style of shoe that covers the ankle. Some participants will use duct tape over their running shoes to keep them on their feet.
• Loose clothes will slow you down especially if you have pockets that will hold water and mud!
• We highly encourage costume-wearing to make it even more fun! It’s Halloween!
• A change of clothes and a few towels for post race cleanup is highly recommended.
• Please note: ALL OUT EVENTS is not responsible for any items lost on the course during the race, so please do not wear any valuable items, like jewelry.

Categories:
Prizes run three deep in each age category and grand prizes go to top male and female overall. Team awards go to the overall top three teams.

Please note that categories are determined by your age on race day.
